2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use comparable technologies, in particular local storage in your browser. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".

3. Which cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

The contact form on our Site Notice page sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

3.2 Analytics — used without consent

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site traffic. The tool operates entirely without cookies and without local storage; no information is stored on or read from your device.

3.3 Marketing — only with your consent

Transfer outside the EU. If you consent to marketing cookies, data collected by the Meta pixel is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, and may be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; where that framework does not apply, transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For the collection and transmission of this data, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Legal basis

Before you decide, we store nothing on your device. Once you have decided, we keep your choice in a strictly necessary cookie — that is the only way we can honour the decision you made. Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC exempts storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested; no consent is required for it.

All other cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, in conjunction with Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, implemented in Cyprus by section 99(5) of Law 112(I)/2004). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Changing or withdrawing your choice

The first time you visit this website, a banner asks whether you accept marketing cookies. You can accept or decline, and you can change your decision at any time here:

Your choice applies to mighty-way.com and all subdomains, including our landing, funnel, booking, client portal and payment pages. You are therefore asked once rather than on every one of them. This page is where you change the decision for all of them, and a withdrawal takes effect everywhere. After 12 months your choice expires and we ask again.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. When you withdraw, we delete the marketing cookie and storage entries that your consent created.

6. Deleting cookies in your browser

You can delete cookies manually or automatically in your browser settings, and you can configure your browser to notify you before a cookie is set or to refuse cookies entirely. Local storage entries are removed in the same settings area, usually under "site data". This website works normally with cookies completely blocked; you will simply be asked for your cookie choice on every page. Deleting your cookies also deletes the choice you stored, and this website will then ask you again. Instructions are in your browser's help section.

7. Cookies from our previous website

Until 2026 this domain ran on a different platform. If you visited us before the relaunch, your browser may still hold cookies and storage entries from that platform, for example entries beginning with cmplz_, wp-settings, elementor, cookieyes-consent, _tccl_visitor or fs_uid. Our current website does not set them and we do not read or use them. They expire on their own, and you can delete them at any time as described in section 6.

8. Your rights

You have the right to obtain access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16), to have data erased (Art. 17), to have processing restricted (Art. 18), to receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), to object to processing (Art. 21), and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).
